A series of group psychological workshops within the project "Swietokrzyskie - development and partnership for professional counselling" has been launched.
The senior citizens' club at Konopnicka Street in Kielce has already benefited from the classes. We are pleased that more interested parties are signing up to participate.
The classes are dedicated to all those interested in helping them regain their emotional balance, mobilise their own resources in crisis situations, and improve the skills necessary to fulfil their developmental needs and tasks.
The workshop is led by psychologist and university lecturer Dr Katarzyna Krzystanek.
The first meeting is already behind us. On 7 February 2024, classes were held for the listeners of the Senior Citizens' Club on Konopnicka Street in Kielce.
It is worth mentioning that schoolchildren and young people will soon also be taking part in our classes.
We are also open to suggestions from other groups (formal and informal). We would be happy to learn about your needs on topics related to mental well-being in general.
