The Association Integration Europe - East has the honor to invite you to the II international conference entitled "POLAND: safe harbor. Opportunities for development, legal work and residence for foreigners".

The event organized on-line will take place on November 23rd at 14:00 (the transmission channel will be available on the website fb.com/siew.kielce and youtube.com/user/SIEWORGPL).

The conference is organized within the framework of the Świętokrzyskie Province Governor's project entitled "Support for integration of foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie Province" co-financed by the National Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund Program "Safe Harbor".

The aim of the conference will be to summarize the above mentioned project and to present the social and legal aspects related to the legalization of foreigners' stay and employment in Poland and the EU, as well as to present the possibilities of education in Poland and foreigners' participation in public life.

Topics of the conference:

• conditions of entry and legalization of foreigners' stay in Poland - conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic
• a foreigner as an employee and entrepreneur on the Polish labour market
• analysis of examples in świętokrzyskie voivodship
• counteracting racism and discrimination
• education in Poland for foreigners - social and living aspects.

CONFERENCE PROGRAMME (updated)

OPRACOWANIE: ZALECENIA I REKOMENDACJE W ZAKRESIE OBSŁUGI CUDZOZIEMCÓW PRZEBYWAJĄCYCH W WOJEWÓDZTWIE ŚWIĘTOKRZYSKIM

During the event, individual on-line consultations with experts from the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Office, a lawyer and a psychologist on support for foreigners in Poland were also provided for.

The event is addressed to foreigners staying in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, including students, employees, Polish employers and all institutions concerned with the above mentioned topics.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Project of the Voivode of Świętokrzyskie, n. "Support for the integration of foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship" is co-financed from the funds of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund

The total value of the Project is PLN 1 859 065.54, including FAMI contribution in the amount of PLN 1 394 299.15, the amount of co-financing from the State budget: PLN 464,766.39.

The goal of the project

The main objective of the project is to enable the widest possible access to integration services for all interested foreigners, legally staying in Poland in the Świętokrzyskie Province. The project activities are planned to cover about 1,000 third-country nationals.

The most important activities undertaken in the project will be:

• Polish language courses for third-country nationals
• Cyclic adaptation courses for foreigners regarding the values and laws in force in Poland
• Specialized training for staff working with third-country nationals from the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship
• Specialist courses for teachers preparing to work with a foreign child
• Establishment of an Information and Advisory Point.
