We would like to inform you that the collected personal data will be processed by the Association Integration Europe-East  with its registered office in Kielce, 78A Sienkiewicza Street, on the basis of Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (further: Rodo), in order to document the provision of assistance and support for the implemented project 48/12-2019/FAMI.

The data obtained will be made available for the purpose of monitoring, reporting and audit of the implemented project only to entities entitled to carry out the above mentioned activities.
Every person has the right to access and correct their data. The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to obtain support within the project.
